イックルシャムのモーテル

「Check in was easy and location was good, thise are the only positives. The property is extremely dated and dirty. The furnishings in communal areas were torn, threadbare, stained, dirty and smelly. The carpets were dirty, covered in dog and human hair. There was mould above the shower and dirt and mould under the sink. The areas around the toilets were soiled with rusted old urine splashes. There was mould on one of the bedroom walls. The kitchen cupboard fascias were peeling and the handles all...

「A great stay in a lovely area. New Hope is close to the beach, shop and pub and is perfect for those with a dog. It's very comfortable and has all we needed and the enclosed outside area is so useful if you have a dog. There's plenty to do within a short drive and we thoroughly recommend it. Thank you!」

「お部屋が可愛らしく、清潔で良かったです。 スタッフも非常に親切でした。 そして、ロビーの紅茶がとても美味しかったです。」

「Our room had a very ugly view over the bins and kitchen extractor fans. This created a loud hum until around 10pm and also brought some cooking smells into the room. The walls are also very thin and we could hear the room next door very clearly. However, after midnight the noise died down and it was quiet. The hotel is in a nice, very rural location.」

「Lovely historic inn at the top of a lovely historic town! Breakfast and accomodation were great, highly recommend! Great value for money... parking is tricky if you need it, but not impossible.」

「エアコン、冷蔵庫が無かったので暑かった。シャワーの温度調整が難しかった。朝食が無料でついており、美味しかった。」

「A lovely hotel with many original features. The dinner and breakfast were lovely, there was a nice selection of both. The room was great and plenty of plugs to charge devices. I liked the lounge/bar area with a wide selection of books and games available for patrons. It's very well located for trips to Battle itself and Hastings. Would very happily stay here again.」

「Clean room. Very helpful staff. In the middle of all activities. Could not find hairdryer in the room. I thought that parking was available but it’s parking on the road and only two hours during the day but plentiful car parks nearby. Super ice cream shop attached to property.」

「Great value, great staff and great breakfast. Was slightly disappointed as we had a couple of issues in the room, which we reported, but nobody came to sort it out.」

「Wonderful stay. Clean and with all the amenities you need. Great location. Privacy. Lovely pub with great food, super friendly. Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. Highly recommend and we’ll be back in the autumn.」

「Room was very clean and staff were very helpful and understanding, I will definitely return if I ever get to be back to Hastings」

「The propert is very well located and the owner very helpful when we checked in. I have sent an email to the hotel and never received a response - very disappointing. The property is old and the musty smell when entering is quite strong. The room is quite as is bathroom. The sink in the bathroom is so small that is practically unusable - even brushing the teeth is difficult. The room itself seemed clean, there is TV, iron and ironing board, some tea and coffee plus juice and cookies. The musty...
