"Very clean , great staff, closed to San Jose major avenues and streets"

"Was advertised with a balcony, but the room did not come with one. They moved us to a smaller room without even offering a partial refund. Staff was very unpleasant and rude, and the complementary breakfast consisted of rice and beans and fried plantains yuck the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. The safe did not work. The TV did not work until I fixed it. They were unable to send any staff up until the next morning. Horrible place stay away, not worth the money. The location was not great for that price at all."

The staff provided great service from check-in to departure, always friendly, helpful, and attentive. I would gladly stay there again in the future."
