"What stood out from Palmers house hotel for me was how spacious the rooms were! I got a 2 bed for 4 guests and we all fit perfectly with luggage and all , everyone accommodated easily :) "

"I paid for a king room and had that for the first half of my stay, but something went wrong with the water heater for the floor(?). It wasn't explained well to us, but we were moved into another room on a higher level which I assumed would have been similar but it was much smaller and had a queen bed. "

Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and their attention to detail really stood out — from the thoughtful touches like face masks and snacks to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere throughout the space.The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I especially appreciated the plush, marbled grey towels — such a refreshing upgrade from the thin, small ones you usually find at most rentals! The Zero Gravity Massage Chair and the fireplace made it feel like a true home away from home.Everything about this stay was top-notch. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago."
