「We loved the old converted store vibe and it was convenient everything you wanted to do.」

「If you like staying in historic and unique places, Up On Main will fit the bill. Right in the middle of historic downtown and within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants, we still enjoyed privacy on the porch/backside entry. We stayed for a month and fixed a lot of our meals at home, too, and there was sufficient kitchenwares for this. The owner was quick to respond to any messages although I think we only contacted him twice in the whole month. Highly recommend.」

「Very cute and comfortable. Location was perfect. The mirror /lighting for applying makeup isn’t ideal, but made it work. Overall, very happy.」

「Beautiful clean nice spacious basement with perfect amenities and lots of windows that open to create a lovely vibe. Generous wine and snacks to great us after our drive up from Dallas. It sits across my favorite park in the perfect location. I Can’t wait to get back soon.」

「It was excellent once we found it because we arrived in the dark and couldn't read the street signs..and a drunk driver backed up into the parking lot missing us by inches upon arrival.」

「The only problem was the pull-out couch/bed. The bar is right in your back, otherwise it was a great location and a very well-maintained place.」

「This is a very cute house. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the bathroom…so many towels which is unusual. Perfect for us girls. The beds are very comfortable including the bunk bed room with full size beds. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. The only negative thing I can say, is we could not turn the ceiling fan off in The master without turning the light off and it was too cool to run the fan and the window to the right side if the bed needs to be sealed because wasp were coming in!...

「Really enjoyed our stay. The property owners/managers were very helpful. We had to do a room switch due to unforseen circumstances and it was done with ease. Location is great. There is a trolly stop right out the front door. Ill for sure be back.」

「We LOVED staying here. Was my husband, myself, and 12 yr old daughter there for volleyball tournament. Hotels were booked up from Eclipse and sports events happening and we lucked into this gem. Have no reason to ever book a hotel in Fayetteville again. Bed was comfy. Daughter slept on couch and said it may have been as comfortable as her actual bed.. she was ready to move in. Would def book again everytime.」

「My friend who also has a Sigma Chi at U of A joined me to stay at this fantastic condo for a weekend celebrating time with our boys. We loved the location as we were able to walk to most of our events, and we loved how nice our accommodations were as well! It was a perfect place for us also because we each had our own room and bathroom. It would be nice if each unit had at least 2 parking spaces, but we figured that out by carpooling and parking one car off site. I would definitely recommend...

Patricia was so sweet and left us with the most delicious parfaits, pastries, fruit and all kinds of goodies. We were absolutely blown away and hope to make this a yearly tradition!」

「The apartment was a perfect spot for our weekend visit! Located right downtown with parking a few blocks away. It was cute and clean and the only downside was that the stairwell and the hall were noisy with the neighboring occupants. The building is old and creaky and the wood floors are not forgiving. Overall it was a great property!」

「This house is beautifully built and decorated and in a great location with a large parking area. Other than the spiral staircase, you do not feel like you’re in a tiny home at all. Everything essential is supplied and top of the line. The only thing I would add would be either a toaster or small toaster oven and an ice maker to the kitchen. To the upstairs I would add either shelves or drawers so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. We found lots of places to visit and loved Eureka...
