"Hall way carpet was dirty and smell a little, the pool was dirty and had the water sitting so I called the front desk for them to take a look at it and turn on the motor, guy said the it will be a little while, so we left."

"Unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor condition of the property and the lack of satisfactory customer service. The issues I encountered included: - The Beds were in very poor condition and uncomfortable. - Although the property was advertised as non-smoking, there was a strong cigarette smell throughout the building and in the room. - The towels appeared unclean and had hair on them, raising serious concerns about the hotels hygiene standards. - The customer service was poor, and my concerns were not addressed adequately. The conditions of the hotel did not meet reasonable standards, Front desk and staffing ignored every word you said, and had arguments with everyone stopping at the front desk. Please if you are traveling with Kids DO NOT STAY THERE, its NOT for Families."

"The bathrooms are super small, we had tape on our bathroom door…could barely open the bedroom door as the lock kept sticking…a very outdated hotel. The hot tub was nice but there were no towels to dry off with…the 2nd floor coke machine didn’t work….it was ok for a quick weekend trip but would not stay again."

"The star of the show was Ms/Mrs Lisa ! Lisa was very polite upon arrival and always greeted us when entering the lobby arriving for breakfast or leaving each day . I also overheard her acknowledging every guest that walked by . Our room was the king size and it was very clean and spacious! Bed was very comfortable . The pool just underwent renovations and we enjoyed it along with the hot tub . Adult hour being from 11-12am put the icing on the cake also helps the pool area opens at 6am . Let’s not forget the amazing hot breakfast bar ! One day pancakes sausage and eggs were available, another day was sausage , eggs and biscuits and gravy . Along with a waffle maker , oatmeal’s , fruits , pastry’s and juices and coffee . The staff in the dining area were also incredibly kind . Overall we had a great stay I would highland recommend the property"

"We selected this hotel because of the brand name, advertised pool and location for a weekend family trip with easy access to the Metra station to get to downtown Chicago. Location. Fine. All else just horrible. First, the pool. Which was a strong must have traveling with young kids. Closed and looks like its been transformed to a storage unit. Refurbishment is a nice excuse for unadvertised closure. Elevators. Only one worked the entire time-we were there on the 3 and 4 floor. Sharing the hotel with flight crews and other travelers forced us to haul our luggage up the stairs. After waiting 20 minutes. The air conditioning unit in our room was LOUD and didn’t regulate temperature at all. Our door didn’t lock properly…"
