"This property is in a great location with great space for a family of 6! The island doesn't have many options for dining so most of our meals were at "home". The open living area was great for spending time together whether eating or relaxing. This was my husband's first time on the island, so he was very impressed with the plentiful deer. The views from this home and back deck were amazing! A great, quiet, relaxing place to visit!"

"We stayed at Oceans 11 for a week with two families of four and it was an ideal home for the 8 of us. The living room, kitchen and dining area was large and gave us plenty of space to move around. "Great stay with our college daughter and dog. Host thought of everything - wagon, beach cabana, beach chairs, frisbee, and a fully stocked kitchen. The fenced yard was great for our dog, and we enjoyed the fire pit on cool evenings. The cottage is a super short walk to the beach and one block down is the Burkes Beach access that has a bathroom and dog wash/shower stations. Great area. "We loved the accommodations for the two of us, this place was very clean and I absolutely loved the courtyard for morning coffee and cocktail hour before dinner. The only thing that was a disadvantage for us was, it was a bit of a walk to bay st. If we were a bit younger then the 12 blocks would have been no problem, but all in all we really enjoyed our stay.
