「We’ve stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it, so we were disappointed to see the property wasn’t in the same condition as it's been during previous visits. There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including difficult-to-operate sliding doors, loose hardware, a dirty deck, and a hot tub with an odor and visible debris that was disappointing.Overall, we enjoyed our time but hope these issues are addressed, as this has been one of our favorite places to stay in the past.」

「Highland falls is a dump. WE WERE LOCKED OUT AFTER 1day of a 2 day stay. Very FEW window coverings and no black out in bedroom. You’ll be up at dawn. WIFI is TERRIBLE!!! The property manager sent me links to pay that did not work and wasted 4 hours of my time just trying to get payment to their platform.
