「I do not recommend this place. I booked it because the price relative to the room size was attractive, but wasn't worth it. First - the management tried to give me a room that's a lower standard than the room in the pictures.

「Room and staff are very good. But too much noise due to the construction and the primary school nearby.」

The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak...

「The hotel service is very friendly. It is located in the center of Tianhe District, and the transportation is very convenient. Downstairs is the subway entrance. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and comfortable. The public areas are neat and elegant. The room layout is simple and generous. The hygiene is in place. The bedding is soft and the sleeps very soundly. Focus on the breakfast. The variety of dishes is very rich, both Chinese and Western styles. Hot dishes, noodles,...
