「清潔で空港にも送っていただきました♪」

「My family loved our stay at Herma! It is a modest, clean hotel, with an open concept of shops by the lobby, open to the public. The highlights were the toys in the room and the pool, and the common room. We had meals delivered by Grab, and were able to eat comfortably in the common room. When traveling, toys is often something that gets left at home, so my kids appreciated having some to use during our stay. 「This is a hotel for group Chinese tourists. They shouted in the hallway 2AM. Staff was kind but do not speak English. No English TV even CNN. I had to pay cash when checked out because credit card could not be used for unknown reason. The room was clean. There was one staff speaks English helped me a lot when checked in, though.」

「チェックインの際ですが、最初私の予約が入っていないような感じでした。 よく調べてもらったらHotels.comでなく他の某予約サイトからの予約になっておりチェックインがスムーズにいきませんでした。 部屋はシンプルで清潔感があり良かったです。 外出しようと玄関に行きましたがロックされていて開かずにいたら受付の人が来て開け方を教えてもらいました。事前に説明が欲しかったです。 後日に外出しようとしたら急に強い雨が降ってきて、どうしようかと迷っていたら傘を貸してもらいました。ありがたい気配りでした。 立地ですがスワムナブール空港から比較的近いエリアで賑やかなところでなくお店も少なめです。 ちょうど着陸する飛行機の航路のほぼ真下くらいで飛行機がよく見えました。 買い物や観光などが目的の方はそぐわないかも知れませんが目的があえばとても良いホテルです。」
