"The room was neat and clean, view of the airport was perfect for aviator nerds. However, the air conditioning could have worked better. Even after keeping it on high speed, the AC was not working at full capacity to keep the room cool. Sweating despite the AC being on."

"I’ll start with the positives: the property is very close to the airport and offers a complimentary shuttle pickup. The building also looks nice from the outside. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill once I got to my room. There was a foul smell, and basic bathroom amenities like tissues, robes, and a dental kit weren’t even provided until I called for them. The towels also had a strong damp smell, which made me uncomfortable using them. Since I had been traveling in Thailand for over a week and all my laundry was already dirty, this was especially frustrating. The service was also disappointing. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming, I had to drag my luggage myself during check-in, and when I complained about the smell in the room, I wasn’t offered a different room. Overall, this was not the standard I expected, especially from a Marriott property."

"The place was absolutely terrible. The room was cleanish but the amenities in the room were really old and tin really bad conditions. There is an armchair that looks like it was picked up from the tip, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever, sleeping on the floor would have been better "

"We had a hard time finding the shuttle so we just ordered a grab eventually. The airport was super busy and chaotic so I can’t really blame the hotel. The shuttle in the morning was good. We only stayed one night as we were flying out early in the morning. If you want a spot close to the airport but also walking distance to restaurants and shopping then this is it. "

"Ganska skön säng. Lite hård lite svikt i. Säkert fint för 20 år sedan. Närheten till terminalen var ett stort plus. God mat och frukost tidigt på morgonen. Skönt att slippa boka flygplatstransfer dit och tilllbska till flygplatsen. Smidigt!"

"The staff were excellent but the room smelled of smoke and there was a hole in the door where the spy hole is meant to be, but it was just a hole and you can see straight through inside the room from the outside. We had to put tissue in the door as a temporary closure, as we were only staying one night. The bathroom was dated and a mouldy / stained. The bed however was comfortable."
