「Edna’s Cottage is wonderful. It’s in the ideal location with paths on the doorstep with a range of walks. It was quiet and we spent time in the beautiful garden which was magical. There was a lovely traditional range and an adequately kitted out kitchen. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of hot water and a good shower. 「This is an excellent house in superb state of repair with very good quality furniture. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The booking process was simple and Martin Wardle of the agents was extremely helpful. The house is situated in a village which is very near Kendal, the lakes and just over one hour to the Solway coast.
