「Simply lovely a guest house right by the beach - would love to go back !」

「I think I may have stayed in a different hotel to the one advertised on Hotels.com and other websites. Certainly my single room looked nothing like the photographs, it was very small, in need of upgrading (the sockets were coming off the wall), with a thinly mattressed bed squeezed at one end, with a noisy fridge (with a glass door and light on permanently. The wifi didn't work, the bedside lamp didn't work, the light on the wall in the bathroom didn't work, and the shower was similar to...

「We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying there!」

「For what you pay it’s extremely decent especially considering it is right on the seafront. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself was clean. The only downside is that even with the windows open there was no airflow but nothing can really be done for that. The shared bathroom was a little bit grubby but not bad.」

「イギリスの典型的なB&Bです。建物は多分古いのでしょうか、歩くと床がミシミシいいます。ただ、きちんと掃除されていますので問題ありません。全体的に女の子の部屋みたいな雰囲気ですし、スタッフも女性しか見ませんでした。トイレは共同で、シャワーブースが各部屋に付いています。セブンシスターズを見に行くためのバス停（NEW STEINE）がホテルを出てすぐにあります。事前に何時に到着するかメールで聞かれました。あまり遅いとレイトチェックインフィーが掛かるようでしたが、21時頃に到着する旨をメールで回答し、21時ちょっと前に到着したので、特に追加料金は掛かりませんでした。スタッフは気さくで、セブンシスターズに行く方法を教えてくれたり、写真を見せて少しおしゃべりをしたりと、なかなか良かったです。」
