残念な大雨で部屋からの電話が通信障害で使えないとの事だったのですが、フロントの男性が自分の携帯を貸してくださって本当に助かりました。 ありがとうございました。実はこの同じ方に5年程前に宿泊した時も迎えのタクシーが帰ってしまい英語もうまく話せず困っていたところ助けてもらった事があります。 ご本人はスペイン語と、中国語とおっしゃっていましたが、日本語も上手でしたよ。 また次もお世話になると思いますが、よろしくお願いします。

5泊しました。Xperiaゴールド。飛行機が1時間ディレイ。スタッフもとても感じが良かった。ホテルに13時着後すぐに部屋に入れました。21階ダイヤモンドヘッドが毎日眺められ朝日が入る部屋でした。古いホテルと理解して立地で選びました。広さは充分。ブレックファーストも5枚券を貰い二人で二日、後の一枚は二人で軽く頂きました。8種類くらい選べてドリンク付き。フレンチトーストとても美味しかった！食事に買い物、乗り物、全て便利だと思います。またここに泊まりたい。

改装されてからの初めての滞在です。統一されたデザインで素敵でした。レストランやプールも素敵で快適に過ごしました。ただ、ハウスキーピングが毎日あるかどうかの確認の方法がわからず、クリーニングして頂いているかと思っていたのがして頂いてなかったのが残念でした。最近は毎日するのが当然ではないので必ず確認しないといけないですね。

飛行機の運行変更があり、チェックインが夜中になったが、フロントスタッフが気持ちよく対応してくださった。 その日は夜中だったせいか、シャワーの温度が水レベルで浴びることができなかったのが残念。 立地がよく、どこに行くにも便利で、部屋も広めなので快適でした。

立地は最高です。 壁が薄いのか？遮音性能が悪くて、廊下を歩いていると部屋から声が漏れてくるし、部屋に居ても隣の部屋から声が漏れてくる。 アメニティの種類が少ない。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
忘れ物をして、エクスペディア経由で問い合わせしました。 最初は無いと返事があり、仕方ないと思ったのですが、２回探してくれて見つかったと再連絡がありました。 ルームキーパーのAnaさん ルームサービス責任者のFlorenciaさん フロントのYoshiさん、ありがとうございました。 ワイキキのほぼ真ん中にあるので、どこに行くのも良く、海にも近いし、かつお手頃価格なので良かったです。 我が家は使わなかったけれど、ウォーターボトルをチェックイン時に貰えて、フロント横のサーバーで水を入れられます。 皆さん頻繁に入れていました。 ただ、保冷機能はないです。 部屋の金庫が使えなかったので、設備は-★しました。

電源が使えない箇所が数箇所あり、電源タップがなければとても不便だったと思います。 エレベーター渋滞はあるものの、好立地とあり、ワイキキ散策にはとても便利でした。
