My bad rating for service is only for the concierge. It seems those are external contractors . Their only job seems to sell tours. They refuse to give out any information and act in a very condescending way. The only good concierge we got was the one on Sunday. The ones on Thursday and Friday were horrible.
We asked if there is anything scenic on the way to the airport or nearby. The concierge on Friday tried to sell us a helicopter tour before our flight back. Refused to understand what we were asking and kept talking past us.
Advice to management- please fire the company you hired for concierge services. Put your own employees there.
