**THIS IS A LEGAL VACATION RENTAL**Alohana Realty LLC at Marine Surf #409 - 4th floor Studio - Free WIFI, Cable TV & Parking - 1 Bath, Sleeps 2. It's just a short walk to the world famous Waikiki beach! Shopping, restaurants, and nightlife are nearby!
Studio with a full size bed and a sofa, AC, a basic cable TV in the unit.
Kitchens are fully equipped! full-sized fridge, oven, microwave, cook stove, coffee maker, toaster, rice-cooker and more!

In the bathroom, hand-held shower and bathtub,

*Free assigned Parking space. NOTICE: Parking for this unit must be vacated during work hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.): during the Exterior Concrete Repair project starting October 27 2025 - December 5 2025

NOTICE: Marine Surf Waikiki Exterior Concrete Repair / Painting Project Starting October 27th, 2025
• Start Date: Monday, October 27, 2025
• Duration: Approximately 6–12 months (weather & conditions permitting)
• Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding weekends & holidays)
• Noise Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (jackhammering, grinding, and vibration expected)
• Access: Work performed via swing stage scaffolding; areas below active drops will be closed for safety.
• During lanai repairs, contractors may secure lanai doors from the outside, leaving no more than a 4" gap for airflow.

• Pool Closure
• For safety reasons, the swimming pool will remain CLOSED during the entire duration of the project. The pool area will not be accessible until all exterior work is complete.

The place was nice and perfect for our week stay. Close to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car so free parking was a bonus! Would stay here again!

Always a great stay

This is our second time staying at this property and we stayed for 4 weeks. Great location, clean and comfortable. The only issue is the air conditioner is very loud and sits on the floor so it can get hot at night time.

Perfect Location

We loved how close this apartment to the heart of Waikīkī. No car required as the bus stop is less the 50m away. The apartment was clean and felt very homely. We have stayed at the Marine Surf previously and we would say this apartment would be one of the better ones.

Nice spot for the price

Overall good stay except tv/Wi-Fi went out last couple of days. Email sent to contact email, but there was no response. Great location for food and not having to worry about parking.

Great Place!

Had such a great stay in this room! The space was spotlessly clean and looks exactly as pictured. Great location, so close to the main shops and restaurants in Waikiki and and just down the road from the beach. Would definitely come and stay again and recommend it to anyone!
