The seat was broken and had a large nail sticking out of the seat. Reached out to the owners but didn’t hear back right away. Thankful our daughter was not seriously hurt.Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed."

"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. "
