I stayed in the Rosewood floor, recently renovated, and the duty manager personally saw me to my room. Breakfast is adequate but I wouldn't pay for it if not included in the room. Plenty of nearby options for coffee and a bite. A peasant stay overall, despite the tenuous elevator situation"
