"Lovely stay at this hotel. Everything in my room worked as well as I needed (comfortable bed, clean functioning bathroom, and TV). However, the elevator situation was a little iffy. There are 33 floors here, and at times only one of the three elevators was operational. Mostly it was two of three elevators that were operating, but this made for long waits at peak times of the morning (like breakfast and check-out time). Plan to wait a while each morning for the lift, including stopping at almost every floor on the way down."
