Hotel is new, room newer than most of hong Kong hotel.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool. Clean room , good service

Stayed there for a week. Got to swim at the rooftop pool overlooking the Victoria Harbor. Had a AYCE dinner. Very nice experience.

It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted...
