Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, lovely bar with good deals on, room nice size just unfortunately not 5* as our bathroom had a horrible smell of cigarettes (we were in non smoking room) but apart from that it was a good hotel

Dorsett Kai Tak
The breakfast is stopped at 10:30 am and lunch started at 12 noon. I tried to caught a bus at 12:10 to airport, so there's nothings available between the hour. I went to airport early. And the AC wasn't working properly, the temperature was up and down that matched with the thermostat.

We travelled with 2 coeliacs (gluten allergy) and options were very limited for them at all restaurants / cafe. The resort was otherwise as pictured, and offered everything it said it would.
