Excellent location near Mall and MTR. Very personable staff. Great layout of room and outstanding view of harbor. Our suite (#09) had great view of city and harbor, and gave a spectacular view of firework during Chinese New Year (so we didn't need to go to the Bar Lounge to watch the firework). The restaurant had excellent menu and unique dishes. Truly a very enjoyable stay and experience!

Nice, clean hotel that has many amenities, close to wan chai subway stop and many stores in mall that connects to hotel. Recommend.

I had heard of the high level of service at the Mandarin Oriental, but our expectations were greatly exceeded on our business/leisure stay. The service was unbelievable! The people who cleaned our rooms continued to amaze us by folding our clothes, placing wire ties around my charging cables, replacing 6 complimentary water bottles daily, providing a screen cleaner for my laptop, and our list could go on and on. I've stayed at many hotels in Hong Kong over the last two years. This hotel is pure pleasure. The room was spacious. The pool is fabulous--good size and good sunshine. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious on right on time. Plus, the welcome tea was a wonderful touch. And the location is great and convenient! I don't often recommend hotels, but this is one I would highly recommend. I am looking forward to the next time I stay here, which hopefully will be soon.

The bell captain Max is very passionate. He not only gave us advice on local eateries and directions to get there. Our family really loved our stay at the Jervois. The staff were really friendly and the property was in great condition. The rooms were very spacious with enough room for a baby crib in the living room.

Get location! Very walkable area and extremely close to MTR. Lots of great food options. The washing machine in the room was a great addition and there's storage under the bed.

They went out of their way to do anything for you. Ask a question and they were right there to answer it or find the answer. Would go back again.
