"I'm going to give an honest review I understand we're under construction however the caliber people that were there the unwillingness to remedy no remote the carpet was absolutely unequivocally nasty they look like somebody had been having that for 45 years it literally had old nasty dried up stains. The absolute worst is when I was on the elevator and a gentleman exposed his syringe drug syringe to a child. The male him and his companion were showing signs of Dr.. abu.. The child started crying and told me what she experienced because she was literally standing behind me and I did not see what the make had otherwise trust me it would have been a lot more commotion. The whole hallway on the second floor smelled of 420. I drove from Texas through 5 states only to experience this. To say the least this was not an experience I would care to reminisce on. Air conditioner did not blow cool, little to no staff, outdated semi clean room, parking on point-(good)"

"The treadmills at the gym are broken."

"Not well maintained. Checking in at 9 PM had to be done through security glass - lobby was locked. Staff was not attentive at all. Continued conversations ignoring me and another customer who was waiting before me. I interrupted them twice as we waited close to 10-minutes for them to finish a conversation with each other about work drama (we could hear them). The gras around the entire building was very overgrown. I was given a room facing the highway (very noisy) with bright lights shining into the room even with the curtain closed. (Probably because I tapped on the glass twice to get their attention to check-in. The room was fairly clean. Cobwebs all around the window but otherwise clean. The mattress was the firmest I've ever had at any hotel!"

"🌟BITTU IS THE STAR HERE!! Any issues I have she always worked them out. She's very pleasant she gives GReat customer service. Without her I don't think the place will be what it is. When I was here I stayed in room 117 which I just left. In the first time I stayed at room 106 or 107. She was always being helpful"
