「The hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms it's all very classy. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is very nice too, and the food offerings covered all the food groups and had lots of nice extras like multiple toppings for the waffles and omelettes. The food could have been warmer though, but overall it's a nice breakfast. I look forward to staying here again! 」

「The staff was super friendly and this is no reflection on them. Our room had suffered water damage and shouldn’t have been rented until properly restored, especially with costing nearly $200 per night. We sought out what we thought would be a higher end stay and we’re disappointed by that.」

「We were disappointed with the new updates to the hotel. The mattress sagged in the middle. Housekeeping is every other day unless requested. Our room wasn’t ready at a 5 pm check in. Then we didn’t have towels. All things were easily rectified except the sinking mattress.」

「There was a weird smell throughout the building; not necessarily a bad smell but not necessarily good. Blankets were thin, old looking, stained and appeared to be burned with cigarettes. Hair dryer didn't work. Sink area didn't appear to be thoroughly cleaned. Flooring was all pretty bad looking and there was no trim of any sort around the bottom of the tub. Rooms were quiet.
