Ample parking and easy to find. Straight road into Bude. A little isolated so make sure you buy supplies from Bude on the way back.
A few spiderwebs and bugs in the room when we arrived but only because the window was left open thankfully because it was such a hot day.

"A very nice modern cottage close to Holworthy. The cottage is spacious and equipped with all tools you require for a good holiday. There are 2 sleeping rooms, separated by a corridor and living/diningroom, with both a bathroom en-suite. One has a kingbed and the other a double bed. The terras is equipped with bbq, jacuzzi and sitting area. There is safe dishwater for outside, for inside there is sufficient kitchenware. The living room is spacious and has a nice fireplace. "We stayed at Waterland Farm as a family of 9 (plus 1 dog) for a long weekend break and it was brilliant. The house is very spacious with lots of facilities, including a toy room for the kids, a PS /x-box and old-school vinyl record player. The outdoor area is massive and the kids loved the football goal and playground. As it states the field isn’t secure for a dog as there are open areas but she still enjoyed a run around. Overall a great place to stay and we would return! "

"Since we last went to the Royal and Fortescue which was over 30 years ago it has had a major refurbishment. Our room was lovely, clean and well furnished. The bars were very smart and we had an excellent breakfast before departure. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our only minor complaint was the lift was out of action and we were on the third floor."

"We recently stayed at Croyde Bay, and our family room offered everything we needed, including a fridge, alongside all the usual essentials like an ironing board, hairdryer, and kettle. There was even an extra heater and a fan provided if needed. It was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable.
The facilities were perfect for our family. The swimming pool area was warm, clean, and well-maintained, complete with tidy changing rooms, sun loungers, a sauna, steam room, and hot tub. While we didn't use the gym, it looked amazing. Outside, the grounds and gardens were beautifully kept, and the outdoor play area, activities, and arcades kept the family thoroughly entertained. It was fantastic being so close to the beach; I just wish we had chosen a week with better weather!
The buffet breakfast offered everything you could possibly want, nicely cooked and presented, with particularly amazing poached eggs! Dinner was equally good, and I highly recommend the chorizo and honey pizza. Above all, every member of staff we interacted with was remarkably friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The only drawback occurred on our final night when some teenagers were running through the corridors banging doors. While not ideal in general, it was made worse when it woke and frightened our four-year-old, leaving us struggling to get him back to sleep.
Despite that, it was a fantastic stay, and we are already looking at when we can return!"
