「Although our stay was fleeting (just one night) we were made to feel extremely welcome by all of the staff. The room lacked a TV, but actually this was an absolute blessing and it made change not to reach for a remote control. 「This shepherd's hut is in a very remote area. Some difficulty traversing the narrow country roads to get there. The view was lovely and the host friendly and accomodating. The bed was high and we, in our mid seventies, had to assist each other in and out each time. All in all, despite the wet, windy weather, we had a sheperd's hut experience which we could not have in Canada. I think it would have been a nice area to enjoy in warmer, more pleasant weather.」

「COVID禍での滞在となりました。 営業していてくれただけでもありがたいですが、初滞在のホテルです。 パブの上階がホテルとなっているスタイルです。 夕食もパブで取れるので便利です。 チェックイン時は19時くらいでしたが、パブは盛況で混雑しており、チェックインに時間を要しました。 COVID対策で入り口での待ちが発生します。 食事も混雑していましたが、テーブルをすぐに準備してくれて、味も美味しかったです。 部屋は必要なものはそろっていますが、テーブルがないのが残念。 シャワーのお湯もすぐ出るし、朝食もフルブレックファストで満足の状態。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切なのでまた滞在したいです。 」

「Das Cottage ist teil einer kleinen Schaffarm. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Cottage ist sehr modern jedoch gemütlich eingerichtet mit jeglichem Komfort wie Wasch und Spülmaschine. Es liegt etwas abseits und der Weg zur Farm ist etwas rau aber wenn man eine ruhige Lage sucht ist man hier goldrichtig. Eine absolute Empfehlung wenn man das wundervolle Cornwall erkunden will und einen gemütlichen ruhigen Rückzugsort zur Erhohlung sucht.」

「The hut was in a gorgeous location with sheep as neighbours. It was super cosy and comfortable and had all that we needed. Sat outside in the sun having our brekkie was lovely. The hot tub was great but took ages to heat up, maybe as it was a bit damp. We had a lovely time :) 」
