"The only great thing about this hotel is the location. It’s close to everything and it has a supermarket across the street. You can get anywhere in downtown within 15-20 minute walk. The room was spacious enough, but it was so worn out that the carpet on the floor needed to be changed at least 10 years ago. The people at the front desk are very sweet and helpful. However, our room was booked for 2 people, and yet we were only provided with one tiny bottle of water. Any other decent hotel provides you with complimentary two bottles of water and slippers. Are we supposed to fight over one little bottle of water? How much does it cost to just put two? Also, the bathroom baseboard was chipped and the part of the wall that held the magnifying mirror had a very big strange spot, as if there was something attached to it before, and after they removed it they just crudely painted over it without removing the spot completely. It did not look very appealing because of that dirty spot, it does not take a lot of effort to put some fresh paint on the wall to make it look nice and inviting. Overall, our stay was good but the rooms need a lot of improvement."
