「Property was good inside room. This building had 3 elevator, but some time they did not worked. During our stay, at least 3 days and at least one elevator was not operated and repaired. Because there was hospital at the opposite side of road and siren of ambulance were lauded at every night one or two times. But this is not the property problems. This room was good for us.」

「Stayed for business conference trip. Steve's place was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location was outstanding - walking distance to DT and lots of great places to eat along Davie Village (if you're a poutine fan, hit up Fritz!). More reasonably priced than a hotel. Would stay again. 」

「Wonderful place. 2 of the bedrooms were very small, and I would say just a single bed in those rooms, but we managed. We were a group of 6, 2 retired couples and 2 singles so the sleeping arrangements worked well.A little noisy at night with the train tracks across the street. Great views all around. When we first arrived getting in was a little tricky, probably due to it being late and us being very tired, but we managed with a little help from a resident! 「This is a very clean, nicely laid out, unit, well fitted out with kitchen dishes, countertop appliances, and washer/dryer. The building is located right next to the Expo transit line which makes it very convenient getting to and from the airport and around town. Gas town and China town are easy walks as are the paths around the east end of False Creek. It’s right beside the BC stadium and arena too.
