"Last minute check in on a Wednesday 29th, just after leaving a very bad hotel there call the Savoy i mean very bad. So any checking in was greated by a lovely young lady name Nicole was very affiliate explaining the how things are in the hotel if i needed any thing. Well done i shall be back ."

The facilities were excellent – the pool was spotless and relaxing, the gym was well-equipped, and the sauna and steam room were a wonderful bonus for unwinding after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and happy to assist with any requests. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about guests’ comfort. Overall, this hotel offers amazing value for money. "We came by rail. The choice of food was perfect. A smaller kettle would have been an advantage - to fit better under the tap. Also a larger coffee pot, so that it contained a 'top up'. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Thankyou."
