「絢爛豪華なアメリカを代表する素晴らしいホテルです。どこもフォトスポットになる絵に描いたような場所で敷地内にゴルフ場も隣接しており、プールも海沿いにたくさん有り迷うほどです。スタッフ、レストランたまにサービスが良く食事も美味しくとても快適に過ごせました。ぜひ再来したいホテルです。」

「My check in was terrible. We were not greeted. The front desk staff member had absolutely no customer service and his tag said that he was a manager. He was very short and simply told us to "tap, swipe, or insert here" with out explaining what he was charging us for (incidentals). It was very disappointing for our initial encounter at the hotel to be so unpleasant by a manager. He gave us no sort of orientation on the property at all or told us where anything was.
