「I paid for premium room and got a secondary room and both the rental company and Expedia refused to refund the overcharged room rate. The coffee pot was rusted and barely worked, clearly need to be replaced. The blinds were missing the handles to close them, the light on the refrigerator didn’t work. 「I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off.
We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest.
Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved..
Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like...

「I had an excellent stay here and would highly recommend it. Might be a bit tight for two, but for a solo traveler this room had everything I needed and more. Comfortable, clean, private, huge TV, gym, pool, and amazing location next to everything in Palm Beach Gardens. The hosts are excellent and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.」
