"Absolutely excellent staff and great service. Other than storing our luggage and offering a shower after checkout before we headed to the airport, the front desk called a restaurant (since online reservations were unavailable) to setup a reservation for us. And when my phone broke, they even helped me order a Grab taxi to the airport. Outstanding service from start to finish!"

"Really enjoyed our stay at ICON and would highly recommend this hotel. The service was excellent, the room was clean, well maintained with a comfortable bed and easy to operate aircon that wasn't noisy. Our room was directly on the street on the 2nd floor as we booked a room with a balcony and couldn't hear any street noise which is a plus for this lively city. The hotel is very well located, the breakfast was very good with the great range of options both western and Vietnamese. It would be nice if they offered Vietnamese Coffee for breakfast, but the cappuccino's were just fine for us. I've stayed at many Saigon hotels over the years, and this hotel offers great value for money when comparing the location, service and the quality of the hotel. We would happily return again."
