「I really appreciated the quiet location of this property. Close to anything you would want to do in ashland. I stayed for business and worked graveyard shift. I was able to sleep during the day without any interruptions. Might add a small table and chair outside to enjoy your coffe in the morning. I will look this place up on my next visit... this is how your stay should go. Great job to the hostess...」

「The studio's location is super close and convenient for anything in downtown Ashland while managing to be far enough that you get the peace and quiet of being up in the hills. It was nice to hit up a show and shopping, go back for a nap, and then do evening stuff in Ashland again. The studio itself is very well set up, and the bed may be the most comfortable one I've stayed in when travelling.」

「I canning say enough about how much we enjoyed this property. The gardens were amazing, and waking up to the sound of the trickling waterfalls could not be beat. The couple who lives on the property is amazingly communicative, but it was also a very private experience. Grocery is not far mad dining is easily accessible.」

「We lived our stay! Great location with easy walking distance to shops, food, theater and park (there is a hill but most of Ashland is hilly). The place was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and had everything we needed. The gardens were lovely with places to sit, relax and enjoy the scenery. The views did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again should we return to Ashland.」

The only thing that caught us a bit off guard was the resident on property had a dog. It would have been great to know there would/could be a dog roaming the yard before booking. We didn’t know this information until right before our trip, so we wouldn’t have been able to cancel without losing money. We hardly saw the friendly pup, but as a dog...
