  • Newly remodeled and furnished! This studio apartment is solar-powered and uses high-efficiency appliances, cotton linens, and eco-friendly products whenever possible. We do a two-step cleaning/sanitizing process to guard against the spread of illness. Entry and use is private; you never have to interact with anyone in-person if you don’t want to. We are located in the heart of the famous Rogue Valley. Stay with us while you pursue adventure:
    - Rafting and/or Fishing the Rogue River
    - Hiking and/or mountain biking any of the hundreds of miles of trails, including sections of the Pacific Crest Trail
    - Visiting Crater Lake National Park

Sunshine Studio was great. Perfectly located to access highways and shopping. Neighborhood quiet and wonderful to walk to get your steps in. The studio is nicely appointed with everything you need. No TV but in this world everyone has a device. I stayed three nights visiting my brother, hiking and sightseeing. Missed the county fair on my only Friday due to smoke from a fire but there is always next year and more sights to see and adventures to be had. I will return and stay here. Much more cosy than a hotel. I give it a 10! Thank you Jennifer, for providing a beautiful place to stay!

This is my third stay at Jennifer's, and as always, I was very comfortable and felt right at home. She was even able to provide me with a charger for my EV (it's slow, but it was great to have!). This is the first time there that I haven't gotten up really early for a flight, and so it's the first time that I've noticed that there is some road noise in the morning. I live in a really remote area, so am overly sensitive to it, but just be aware. Otherwise, this place has everything you need for a great stay- the bed is comfy, the kitchen is well-equipped, and Jennifer is a great communicator and host. I'd definitely stay again.

Cousin time

My husband and I stayed here while visiting some cousins in Medford. What a cute place, very clean and the bed was very comfortable for me. Cute little kitchen and a quiet and safe part of town to stay.

Excellent stay! Beautiful design and decor, and comfy amenities. Close to the highway. Perfect location for travelling between Oregon and Northern California. My only gripe is the lack of lighting on the pathway to the gate at night. Wonderful overall!

Super cute little studio. Very clean and cozy. Wish the bed was a little bigger, and wish there was a bathroom door instead of a wooden privacy screen. But otherwise great stay! Would definitely stay here again, hopefully with warmer weather so we could enjoy the outside fire pit. Coffee was great!

Cute, spacious, very clean little studio

This was the perfect place for a short weekend stay when my spouse and I had a family function to attend. It was very clean, the bed is comfy, and the little kitchenette space was well stocked with the basics (especially in the coffee/beverage department). Overall it was a very nice place to stay, and affordable too.

A cute property and I appreciated the detailed and easy-to-follow check-in instructions, including parking. The set up of the studio was ideal for a single person. Having a washer and dryer on hand was a major boost. I would stay again if in the area.
