「Clean , Excellent service, Authentic style. Great location 」

「The hotel is a place where you want to go to relax from a resort like ambience. No one was bothering you for timeshare, or to participate in an activity, or offer spa services etc. My husband and I spent a whole day by the pool and were only interrupted every couple of hrs asking if we were ok or needed something to drink or eat(it’s not included in the nightly price) Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay and are sure to keep this hotel in our back pocket!!」

「The staff is excellent and very friendly. Fausto, Jacinto, Kaisley ( at the Royal reception) and the other receptionist at Royal, the receptionist at the 5th Floor, the people who received us including the guy who left our baggage. The hotel is very good and the location also was excellent. 」
