"El hotel estuvo bien, lo mejor de todo en aspectos de comida fue el restaurante Mexicano. Carlos es una persona muy amable y hace que uno se sienta muy bien y cómodo en ese restaurante. Las actividades no nos agradaron mucho, siento que no tenían muchas."

"Great hotel option for families with kids that enjoy beaches and waterparks. Specialty restaurants are a must (but they only open at night). Buffet could be overwhelming sometimes due to so much variety (who knew), and had its hits and misses. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Be prepared to take long walks daily so you can also enjoy the waterparks and pools of its sibling hotels. The “cenotes” are a must. We asked for special amenities due to different celebrations in the family and the hotel staff was very responsive. Nonetheless, they ultimately did not deliver on time and mixed up the rooms. Also, the bowling alley has a minimum height requirement, and our 8 year old was not able to play. But still, overall, a good family vacation."

"Room and pools were all very clean , the staff was remarkable. Lots to do on the resort. The entertainment is fantastic. This Resort is family-oriented. Buffet had lots of different foods. A La Carte Resaurants were amazing. Very pleased with everything. Will return to this resort in the future. Highly recommend it."

"This resort was top tier. From the cleanliness to the extremely friendly and helpful staff, I can’t recommend this place enough. The bar staff, especially those from Prelude, absolutely a delight!! Joan was the best!!! Very attentive and always went above and beyond. The entertainment staff was always fun and interactive with us. Maria does her job well. This place is an absolute must!! We are sad to go. Looking forward to coming back!"
