「Everything is exactly as described on the website. The house is very clean, decorations are very cute, sheets and towels smell fresh, the backyard is probably my favorite. I spent the weekend with my two girls celebrating their 40th birthday. The house is well-maintained and it is in close walking distance to several places you would want to visit. Ian checked on us before the visit and during the visit and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely come back here again.」

「The place is nice and bright and very clean! It has a beautiful view of the Guadalupe River from the covered deck, which was our go-to place most of our time there. It would have been a bonus if it were screened in but overall the bugs weren't too much of an issue. There was plenty of wildlife on the river which we love. 「My friends and I stayed at this property to view the eclipse in Austin. It is conveniently located to downtown in a peaceful suburb. Plenty of food options close by. The house was very well stocked with necessities and extra items which lend to having a good time with friends. Eugene was great at communicating and really wanted us to feel comfortable at his property. We didn't have tons of people stay, but there were so many areas where people could sleep or just hang out. 「We did enjoy the house, location, and amenities. Bring your Kcups and enjoy coffee on the front porch. If you get caught in an evening rain, the gas fp offers a quick warm-up. All in all, very nice. Parking is on the street, but it’s a VERY wide street and quiet area. Only 1-1/2 blocks from the main downtown area. I knocked one star, because I think the toilet area of primary bath was missed in cleaning. A lot of long hair and dust in that area - not the case with the rest of the house....
