ポーチライトホスピタリティが贈る、The Pumphouse。 1933年に建設された元のポンプハウスは、風車の給水タンクであり、メインハウスの作業農場でした。 2013年に上品に改造されたPumphouseは、オリジナルの「Basse」ロックタンクハウスに入ると魅力がにじみ出���す。 亜鉛メッキのパイプとセメントの床の工業的な雰囲気は、居心地の良いリビングルームと豪華なキングサイズのベッドと慎重にバランスが取られています。 バスルームにはジャグジー浴槽とウォークインシャワーがあります。 リラックスできる雰囲気は、専用ホットタブ、屋外シャワー、テレビ、ハンモックのある専用屋外中庭に流れます。 ここで忘れられない思い出を作ります。

This is a great property and place to stay. Close to everything in Fredericksburg and quiet. It was so quiet, no hotel doors slamming at all hours of the night, plus a hot tub, a hammock, and a firepit/grill. It’s a no brainer we will be back.

The pictures provided on the listing are beautiful, but being there in person is even better! Truly such an enjoyable stay and they thought of everything. We were able to enjoy local coffee beans in the morning and the hot tub in the evening. Everything was spotless. Our only complaint is that we could not get the indoor fireplace to start; there was instructions to contact the property manager but we felt it was too late in the evening to make that call. Loved our stay!

Esthetic and practical. Only a 4 minute drive to Main St. with a HEB and Walgreens along the way. The hot tub and outdoor TV were covered so we were still able to enjoy them during the rain and the fireplace in the bedroom was perfect to add some extra coziness. Luckily the rain stopped on our last evening and we relaxed by the fire pit with some wine. We definitely plan on staying again sometime!
