"The room was not what I expected from this chain of hotels. The room was larger than expected. Fortunately I had the non-smoking floor. I had another room room on the smoking floor and it was a pretty strong odor. Just be careful of what you're booking when making your reservations. It was also within walking distance from many restaurants and provided ample parking."

"ドッグランもあり綺麗な宿泊施設でした。 オーナーさんへ伝えたい事も何点かあります。 壁には色々とルールが貼ってあるのですが、 台所の食器等は使用した場合には洗って下さいと記載がありました。 洗った食器を置く台や布巾は無かったので、食器を洗ってから濡れたままコンロの上へ全て置きました。 あとキッチンではサランラップは常備品としてあっても良いのではないでしょうか？ また犬同伴可能な施設であるのにフローリングがツルツルで犬が何度も転けそうになっていました。 ルールが厳しいのは良いですが、その分内容を充実させた方が良いと思います。"

"What a beautiful experience we had at the ryokan. A perfect setting overlooking the lake, quiet, no noise from the town below. The staff was very kind and courteous, always helpful in assisting us with our questions. We learned about Japanese culture and had a wonderful experience; definitely get the dinner, it was worth it.
