No bath mat or tea towel provided Crockery was dirty and layout of kitchen was designed for tall people only. Had to pay extra for linen and towels and had to put linen on your self. Pillow cases did not fit properly. Old style property. Would not stay again. Rather pay an extra $30 to stay somewhere else. Wifi was spotty and unreliable. Limited hot water. Not enough for everyone in motel.

We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all. The apartment is very nice and the location good. However, we found it difficult to use the oven as there were no oven gloves or aluminium foil, we wern't sure if any of the dishes were oven proof. There is a washing machine but no detergent. When we asked them for it they asked us to come to their office which was 2 km away instead of delivering it or making sure everything required was available in the apartment in the first place, so their processes need some looking into! There was salt and oil only provided, no sugar, tea, coffee or creamers! We didn't find any shops closeby!
