"幕張メッセでコンサートがあり、近いので利用しました。とても大きなホテルなので、宿泊客が多く、荷物受け取り、チェクイン、館コンビニも、エレベーターに乗るのも、長蛇の列でしたが、スタッフの方の対応も迅速でとても良かったです。"

"チェックイン時刻前の到着でしたが、 速やかに、且つ手際よく 温泉の利用を段取り頂きしました。 近年掘り当てたとの事、 設備もまだ新しく、もちろん湯も 良かったです。"
