Tokyo is an hour train ride away and you should know that the trains in Japan are terrific and efficient. You should also know that an inexpensive hotel like the APA Hotel is a Japanese style business hotel. The rooms are perfect and wonderful but extremely small; which a person expecting a western roomy room would be very, very disappointed. This APA Hotel has a wonderful Japanese Bath for its guests. "
