It’s such good value and ideal for our trip to Birmingham. We ate in the restaurant and both meals we had were good. It’s my third visit here and I’ll certainly be back when I next visit Birmingham "

Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. "Upon checking find hotel owners eating KFC in the dining area. Hotel is under going renovation and ment the bar etc was not useable. Internet isn’t very good and no terrestrial channels on the tv."

"Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day "
