「The two bed two bath villa is located on a quiet street in the villages and while it backs onto the 301, there is no traffic noise to be heard. The villa is meticulously maintained and is equipped with all the amenities you need whether you are staying for a week or a month. 「The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. 」

「Hosts Stacy & Troy were great. They made the booking process a breeze, responding quickly and sharing helpful tips & recommendations. They even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The home is very nice. Up-to-date, spotlessly clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. The location is convenient to anything you'd want to access in The Villages and is particularly close to Sumter Landing. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again!」

「The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide.」

「From the time I booked this rental it was a very pleasant experience. Becky is a wonderful communicator, she reached out and sent me all the info we required and followed up with me to see if I had any questions or needed anything. The house is great. It is very clean and they have made it feel like home.beds were very comfy.Has activities in the yard for you to do and a nice gazebo.Location is great too, we just walked around the corner to the pool.」

「We had a great time here! The home was beautifully decorated, clean and in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to Lake Sumter landing square. It was dog friendly and also came with a golf cart for us to explore the Villages. Jeff was a great host and took care of all of our needs. Overall we would totally recommend this home!」

「A great place to stay if you plan to visit Homosassa. The property was clean and easy to access with boat slips (additional fee) and a private boat ramp. This property is furnished well and a perfect home base for Scalloping or Fishing. Frans was a great communicator and answered quickly. We will definitely be back!」
