"We visited Nashville for 3 nights last week and stayed at this beautiful hotel. The hotel staff were all so kind and helpful! The room was clean and modern with an awesome view of the city. We pretty much walked everywhere and enjoyed coming back in the evening to our hotel which felt tucked away but yet right in the heart of downtown. ! Without those price wouldn't have been justified at all. The robes provided in the rooms were so luxurious! Loved them! Some of the staff were excellent and others we interacted with not as much. I liked being able to text with the hotel about check in/out times and loved when the housecleaners texted to ask if we wanted our room cleaned as we accidentally left the "come back later" sign on the door outside when we left. I texted right back...
