"For the price you pay for one night you would expect complimentary water would be in your room. Along with a complimentary breakfast at the least. I ordered an americano from the cantina and I paid $6 for something that tastes like water with a splash of coffee. We got mini corn dogs and a salad and our total was $33. Staying at the hotel is not worth it. The only thing free is the water park (yes as advertised) but for the price you pay you would think there would be more options to add on complimentary or at a discounted price since you are paying to stay there. They asked if we wanted a birthday banner for $15… it looks like a toddler put it up and is NOT $15 worthy. I asked for a cup of water for my child at the coffee shop they said we had to pay for the bottled water even as a hotel guest. Not to mention the inconvenience of check in being 4pm and check out 10 am. You’re not even getting a full 24 hours for your stay. My child had a blast non the less but because I forked out over $300 more for her happiness AFTER paying for our room. We will come back for the water park but we will NOT stay at the hotel again. "

"Room was very nice and large. We noticed lots of dogs with families. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The late evening check-in staff was the only one who wasn't. No microwave in the room and that's a big disappointment for us. We like to bring back dinner leftovers and reheat for snacks later. The only complaints we had were the towels weren't soft, thick and fluffy. They were a rough texture."

"All in all hotel was fine but 57$ + tax a day for valet parking and they constantly say to tip the valet, how about paying the valet attendant a decent salary. Hotel should not charge an astronomical fee to park."
