「Tiny but very comfy & clean rooms with everything the traveler needs. Urban sounds abound but that's city life and it's really no big deal. Plenty of food & drink within walking distance. I didn't check out the Tesla but was very tempted.」

「When I arrived I was told that they had no incoming reservations. I opened Expedia and showed my confirmation number and then was told only reservation was for me but they didn’t have a room for me. Almost went the whole Seinfeld episode on taking reservations and holding them. Lol But was a good thing because place was very sketchy. Cars in lot were almost all junkers. 「The room was EXTREMELY dirty. I had roaches in my room for my 7 day stay. The floors, table, and cabinets are all sticky. The place seems as it has not been cleaned in months. 」

「Loved the place and super easy to get anywhere in the city. The only complaint or downfall is there are no ceilings over the bedrooms so you can hear everything within the loft, including the upstairs loft.」

「Although "Tiny" this place is much larger than a standard hotel room with the convenience of a washer/drier, kitchen and more space to enjoy. Parking right outside the front door was very convenient. The only thing we didn't like were the microfibre bath towels.」

「We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed an alternative to a hotel. This was a nice alternative. It is an older well home in a quiet neighborhood. No bells and whistles. It’s not a place that I would recommend hosting or entertaining but for a small family as an alternative to a hotel it was fine. I would recommend that the owner provide their guest with a full size ironing board. I know it’s small but it’s a very inexpensive way to add one additional convenience.」
