「Upon checking in, I found that the floor had not been swept and I found a walnut size cockroach on it's back and still alive. I went to ask for a dustpan and broom. I went back to the office with the intention of showing them (no yelling involved) that their housekeeping staff is not doing an adequate job and the young female receptionist accused me of being disrespectful. I was a bit confused and flabbergasted. They accepted my money in exchange for a clean room and she felt that I was the...

「Once we got into town, we had a hard time finding the location. Locals had no idea. We loved our room. It was super cute and a great feeling spot. The only negative was the customer service. We received no answer for the location on the phone after calling 3 times. Once we did finally find the place we had to wait 20 minutes to get the actual keys to our room. These people need to learn customer service. That’s their downfall. First impressions.」
