「Everything was great.」

「Loved the room and the space!」

「1. I tried to check in 2 hours early. I have never been denied early check-in by any hotel I have been to. She said there are no king bed rooms ready. I told her I did not mind a room with 2 queens but I am going into a training from 2pm-8pm so I'd like to check in and freshen up. She said, no rooms at all were ready. Really? 2 hours before check-in, not 1 room ready? She offered no other options and was not sincere when she said she could not do anything for me. I asked if I could freshen up in...

「Pros; The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Con: The breakfast is pretty much like a snack area. The hard boiled eggs and sausages are like rubber bouncy balls. It would be nice to have a cereal not covered in sugar, Busses and semis take all the parking spaces if you come in late at night. They should park across the street at the mall.」

「Nice room in a good location with an above average breakfast.」

「The blonde in the front was very helpful - we came in the evening and she helped us get an accessible room as opposed to our regular one after she noticed my friend had an injured leg. She went above and beyond」

「I got a room in the 7th floor. The room smelled like pee/humid. The bathroom has a stain like if the toilet had overflowed. There was not any towels. The shower had hairs like it hadn’t been cleaned.」

「Room was clean, beds were clean and comfy, had what we needed for quick one night stay.」
