We only stayed here two nights while going to The Woodstock 50 reunion in Bethel, NY. Sadly we did not have time to take advantage of the free passes to use the beautiful pool and picturesque beach. This was just a quick trip from Canada.
The area is so peaceful. We saw many miniature deer wandering on the road so drive slowly but much fun to see them.
The cabin is really cute with a nice kitchen and comfy sofas to lounge on in the living room.
My only negative is the bathroom nearest the two main bedrooms seems to date back to the original Woodstock. The green sink was a bit grimy too. I never could figure out the shower hose which was tricky to operate and the grout in the tiles was disintegrating.
None of this, though, should be a deterrent to renting this spot which has lots of rustic charm.
