「The Grassington Lodge is truly minimalist. A very small room, two bath towels, and one hand towel. For the third of three nights they added a bath mat and a bar of soap. The only staff ever present was the cleaning lady and her assistant. She was kind and helpful but certainly not enough to welcome and assist guests. 」

「Wow! What a hotel, from the moment we arrived at the hotel to when we left, everything was superb. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much for them, greeting you at the door and collecting your luggage, parking your car, a hello and a smile from everyone you met. Our room was excellent, large comfy bed, lovely bathroom with a loo that lifted its own lid and had a heated seat, which my wife thought was wonderful! 「Plenty of parking next to hotel room. In my case I could see my motorcycle from the hotel window. Large well appointed clean room with excellent en suite. Lovely views over surrounding hills. Cozy pub with real fire. Good full English breakfast and friendly staff. All good thanks and would stay again. 」

「 鉄道駅から徒歩7分、バスターミナルから徒歩3分と移動にとても便利。スキップトン城やリーズ・リヴァプール運河といった観光地にも徒歩圏内。 1階がパブの典型的なインで部屋は清潔で広い。1階のバブは地元で人気らしく、昼夜を問わず賑わっていた。しかし部屋にいも騒音は感じなかった。 1泊朝食付きで6500円とコスパも高い。 」
