Nestled in the heart of Hawks Nest, this gorgeous beach house is the ideal holiday getaway. Just a short walk to either Bennetts or Jimmy`s beach and the convenience of shops and cafes, just around the corner. The golf club and restaurant is a short, gentle stroll. The home has reverse cycle airconditioning/heating, spacious open plan living, stunning hardwood floors and a very generous outdoor deck with weber bbq, lounge setting and outdoor dining. An ideal space for entertaining the family.
THE SPACE
The home offers spacious open plan living with cathedral ceilings, recently painted throughout and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme enhancing the beach lifestyle. The kitchen is well appointed with thoughful inclusions, offering modern appliances with dishwasher, microwave and delongi coffee machine. Enjoy the flat screen smart TV and wifi. The three bedrooms comprising of Bedroom 1 - King, Bedroom 2 - Queen and Bedroom 3 - 2 Single beds. The main bathroom upstairs has a shower and vanity, separate toilet with second toilet and washing machine in the garage. This property is new to the market and is available over January and February. Sleeps 6 - (1 king, 1 queen and 2 singles)
